Anne’s journey began in a truly horrific way. She was found abandoned, trapped inside a taped-up cardboard box in a cemetery. Anne must have been utterly terrified… stuck in a claustrophobic space, with no way out, wondering if anyone would find her — if she would ever know food, water, freedom, or love again.

Luckily, a kind-hearted member of the public heard her cries and brought her into our care. She was understandably frightened and confused — just the thought of her in that small, dark box is enough to break anyone’s heart.

After ensuring Anne was in good health and free from injury or illness, our team created a safe, calm space for her in our cattery, allowing her to adjust to her new surroundings. With the love and care she received from our dedicated team, Anne slowly began to trust again. She revealed her true personality — a gorgeous, affectionate little soul who is now ready to find her forever home, where she’ll never have to suffer at the hands of a human again.
